Holiday Kombucha Sangria
2 cups fresh apple cider, non-alcoholic
1 clementine, zest and juice
4 cinnamon sticks
4 rosemary shoots
1/2 cup fresh cranberries
4 Tbsp sugar
2 bottles Cove Kombucha, Raspberry Lemonade
1 bottle of red wine
4oz orange liqueur
1. In a small saucepan bring apple cider, clementine peel, clementine juice, cinnamon, rosemary, cranberries and sugar to a boil, then cover for 5 minutes. Take the apple cider mixture off the heat, and strain solids out and discard, then let the liquid cool.
2. Once it has cooled, mix red wine, Cove Kombucha, orange liqueur and apple cider mixture In a large pitcher. Mix the pitcher with a spoon. Add a few sprigs of rosemary, sliced apple and clementine, cranberries, cinnamon sticks to the pitcher and glasses for garnish. Chill for 1-2 hours before serving, or for a warm drink add all the liquids to a large saucepan before adding garnish and simmer until warm.
3. Garnish with apple (sliced), clementine (rounds), cranberries, rosemary, cinnamon sticks and Enjoy!
