‘Boocha Blueberry Pancakes


1 1/4 cup flour
1 Tbsp sugar
2 Tbsp baking powder
pinch salt
1 cup coconut milk
1 Tbsp vegetable oil
1/3 cup Cove Kombucha Blueberry Pomegranate
1/2 frozen blueberries


1. Mix all dry ingredients together.
2. Add coconut milk, kombucha, and blueberries to the dry ingredients mixture and whisk.
3. Spoon batter onto a preheated skillet or frying pan and allow bottom side to brown before flipping (usually you’ll see little bubble popping through the batter when it’s ready to flip).
4. Serve with maple syrup and blueberries. Enjoy!
