IT STARTED IN THE COVE

Meet the Cove Kombucha brothers, Ryan and John MacLellan. During Ryan’s second year of his education program, he started fermenting kombucha. One day at home in Malignant Cove, Nova Scotia, he shared some ‘booch with John, and just one month later they were selling Kombucha at the local farmers market!

Shortly after, Ryan went with his healthy gut and left university, while John stayed patient and kept his job as an accountant, working with Cove on the side. Today, they are now both working fulltime at Cove Kombucha and are so passionate about what they do! They would like to thank everyone who supports them and loves their product. Cheers to the future of being healthy while having fun!

The name cove was invented by our mother – no pun intended! Also, it was in Malignant Cove, NS, where we first started brewing kombucha for locals at the farmers market.
